The works include glassfibre weaves to the Apartment ceilings and decorations throughout to the Highest Standard.  

 Works also include decorations to the communal staircases, hallways and anti carbonation coatings to the exposed concrete surfaces of the underground car park

Work comenced in October 2010 with completion due in Autumn 2011
